Thai Chicken Pizza

A first attempt, but we loved it!

1 chicken breast, cooked and chopped
1 pkg Thai Chicken Sauce (*cheating!)
1/2 cup red onion, sauteed (just throw it in with the chicken)
1/2 cup carrots, grated
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated (but I used marble cheese today)
1 green onion, chopped
1 Tbs sesame seeds

Use your regular crust recipe, and cook it for half the allotted time.

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, and cook in a drizzle of oil with the red onion.

Prepare the sauce as directed, adding a little corn starch to thicken. (The sauce I used also needed peanut butter, oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and milk)

Once crust is 1/2 cooked, spread sauce evenly, and layer pizza with chicken and onion mixture, tomatoes, carrots, and cheese. Cook for remaining time.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.

Make sauce as directed on package, adding some cornstarch to thicken
