Hummus (sans tahini)

I love hummus, but didn't have any tahini in the fridge when I wanted to make it this weekend. A little searching for a hummus without tahini, and I found this recipe. I used it with much success on grilled vegetable pizza, and the leftover was great with sliced cucumbers.

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 Tblsp sesame oil
2-3 Tblsp warm water

Combine the first 7 ingredients in the food processor and process until uniform. Add sesame oil and process until smooth. Gradually add a little water at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
