Banana "Ice Cream"

Oh yum! Yet another healthy, cheap, and easy favourite combination, and my kids are loving this healthy summer treat! 

You probably have all the ingredients already for this non-recipe. Bananas? Check!

Chop ripe bananas into 1-inch chunks. Freeze for at least one hour. Place in food processor and process on high, scraping down sides regularly until it forms a beautiful creamy texture. Can be scooped and served immediately, or placed into an air tight container (with plastic wrap pressed tightly to the "ice cream") and stored in the freezer.

(A little tip - use quite ripe bananas. We did it once with bananas that weren't quite ripe enough, and the finished product retained some of that green banana flavour)
