After requests from friends and family, I've decided to sell some Christmas baking this year. I am starting with my two favourite traditional Christmas cookies: shortbread cookies and gingerbread cookies. Both are made with old-fashion
ed recipes in small batches using quality ingredients, just as I would prepare them for my own family. A sample is pictured, and the prices are as follows:
- Pressed Shortbread Cookies: $7 a dozen or $12 for 2 dozen
- Iced Snowflake Gingerbread Cookies: $10 a dozen or $18 for 2 dozen
- DIY Gingerbread Men (for those who like the tradition of decorating cookies with children, etc): $7 a dozen or $12 for 2 dozen
