Spicy Substitutions

I often find myself without the proper seasonings for recipes,
but the thrifty side of me won't always let me buy them to use for just one dish. I found these great charts online today that I am pretty excited about, so I thought I'd share

    That is going to be extreamly handy...I always get half into a recipe and "SHIT" i don't have the right spices. Excellent.....
