Inspired by this recipe from The Lean Green Bean, I quickly threw these bars together over the weekend. They are a nice sweet treat when I get a craving, without the guilt of eating junk.
1 C Greek yogurt (I used honey flavoured)
3/4 C blueberries
1/2 C granola
Stir all ingredients together until well mixed. Line a loaf pan with foil and spread the yogurt mixture evenly inside. Freeze until solid. Remove foil, and cut into 8 bars. Wrap individually before returning to freezer.
