I posted a month or so ago about raspberry breakfast bars. I had planned to try them with whole-wheat flour, and to test how they freeze. I'm posting about them again to say that I'd highly recommend both! They are delicious with whole-wheat flour, and it adds a nice additional texture to the oatmeal crumble. They are ideal for freezing. They thawed beautifully in the fridge, but they were amazingly good directly from the freezer too...so chilled and refreshing, obviously not crumbly since they were frozen, but still not at all hard. A little dangerous, actually...They called to my each time I walked past the freezer!
