Sausage and Pepper Pizza

This week's pizza was prepared a little differently that usual. I sautéed all the ingredients together, and then put them on directly on the crust topped with cheese, no sauce. Turned out pretty good, since all the juices from the veggies made up for it...

Usual whole-wheat pizza crust
2 Sausage, removed from casing
1 Red Pepper, chopped
1/4 Cup Red Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Red Wine(because the bottle was open, I can't drink it, and I didn't want it to go to waste)
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 Can diced tomatoes
Grated marble cheese
Grated parmasean cheese

Spead dough on lightly greased cookie sheet and baked at 350' for about 7 minutes.

Remove sausage from casing, and cook over medium heat with red wine. Add red peppers and red onion. Cook until meat is done and wine reduces. Stir in garlic powder and crushed red pepper. Add tomatoes, and lower heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, until juice from tomatoes reduces.

Top pizza crust with everything from pan, and sprinkle cheeses on top.

Cook at 350' for another 10-15 minute, with a couple minutes under the broiler to crisp it up.
