Leftovers Renewed

Remember the Thai Chili Marinade from our seafood bbq? We had some left over, so I tossed it with the leftover seafood, some penne, and some mozzarella cheese. It baked at 350' for about 35 minutes, and turned into a great little seafood casserole. I love when leftovers don't seem like leftovers!
